7-Day Unconditional Return Policy
You may request an unconditional return within 7 days of confirming receipt of your order, provided that the item remains in its original condition and does not affect its eligibility for resale. "Eligibility for resale" means the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of any odors, with all tags, labels, and original packaging (e.g., dust bag, product box) intact, and all accessories, free gifts, etc., are returned together with the item.
Returns Beyond 7 Days & Quality-Related After-Sales
Unconditional returns will not be accepted beyond 7 days of order confirmation. However, within one year from the date of order confirmation, if a non-manufacturing defect occurs (i.e., a quality issue not caused by improper use), we offer free repair or replacement. Specific remedies will be assessed and provided upon consultation with our customer service team.
The following situations are not eligible for return or after-sales service:
